Do The Wind Move Toward The Low Pressure Area Or Away From It

Do the wind move toward the low pressure area or away from it

Good Day

Wind move towards the low pressure area.

Following the principle of diffusion, wind moves from high pressure area to low pressure area. Wind are composed of gas particles which has low molecular attraction between each other and they will move from higher concentration to lower concentration. Wind doesnt also moves in a straight line because the earth is rotating. In northern hemisphere, wind in low pressure area spins in counter clockwise while it spins in clockwise direction in southern hemisphere because of coriolis effect.

Hope it helps...=)
